Individual therapy

One-on-one support, tailored to you.

I specialize in three areas where I have deep clinical expertise. Treatment is individualized — I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches and tailor the work to each person's needs.

Eating disorders

Support for the full spectrum of eating disorder presentations, with a grounded, non-judgmental approach that emphasizes acceptance alongside meaningful change.

Anorexia, bulimia, ARFID, binge eating
Body image and relationship with food
Collaborative care with dietitians and physicians
CBT-AR, DBT, ACT, FBT

OCD

Evidence-based treatment for OCD across presentations and subtypes, helping clients break cycles of obsession and compulsion and build a life that isn't run by fear.

OCD across presentations and subtypes
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
Reducing avoidance and compulsive behaviors
Building tolerance for uncertainty

ADHD and executive functioning

Practical, individualized support for navigating a brain that works differently — from focus and time management to self-regulation and emotional skills.

Executive functioning and time management
Emotional regulation and self-awareness
Building systems that work for your brain
DBT skills and ACT-based approaches
Also treated

I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. These frequently co-occur with the concerns above and are often part of the work we do together.

The modalities

Evidence-based and individualized — not one-size-fits-all.

My approach is eclectic by design. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities based on each client's needs, and the work naturally evolves as each person grows and moves through different stages of life.

Across all modalities, I focus on fostering neutrality and acceptance rather than emphasizing self-love or body positivity, creating a grounded space where clients can explore, reflect, and grow.

DBT
Emotion regulation and distress tolerance — practical skills for managing intense feelings.
CBT-AR
A gold standard approach for treating restrictive eating and ARFID.
ERP
The gold standard for OCD — gradual, structured exposure to break compulsive patterns.
ACT
Cognitive flexibility and values-based action — accepting difficult emotions rather than fighting them.
FBT
Family-Based Treatment — empowering parents to take an active role in eating disorder recovery.
Specialized services

Beyond individual therapy.

Additional offerings for families navigating eating disorder recovery together, and for mental health professionals seeking specialized training and consultation.

For families

Family-Based Treatment (FBT) — Maudsley Approach

An evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents with eating disorders that empowers parents to take an active role in recovery. This structured approach focuses on restoring health, reducing eating disorder behaviors, and gradually returning independence to the adolescent.
